I'm sorry for the long time, no update. I keep forgetting to check the blog! I am now in my second week of work at Samaritan's Purse. I'm in Data Entry and Mail Processing which sounds really boring but it actually is not that bad. I just finished my training today so tomorrow is my first full day of real work! We do the mail in the morning and process ALL the checks that people send to Samaritan's Purse (I have processed several $1,000 or more checks!) and then in the afternoon we do the data entry part. I think the most exciting part of my day today was hand counting a stack of returned postcards that came to a total of 3,110 letters. Yep, that is my life.
In other news, not as good, my grandfather has been dealing with cancer and is now in his last weeks of life. Because of this I have been going there every weekend, except last weekend because I was sick with flu-like symptoms. It is good to enjoy the last time together but because of it, it will be almost a month's time of Bob and I not seeing each other...SOOO SAD!
Anyway, I will be in Raleigh the weekend of October 2nd through 4th unless something happens before then so if any body is hanging out let Bob or I know because I miss you all!
Oh, and Warren, you're apartment in NYC looks amazing! We will definitely be coming up to visit!

Hey Tory, I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather. I'm glad you're able to spend time with him. Kyle and I will definitely be in town the first weekend of October so give us a call when you get in and we'll definitely get together. Talk to you soon!
