Avoiding Homework...

Hello all!

I'm avoiding studying so I thought I'd give an update on the current events of the Kyla household.

On Saturday Kyle and I signed the lease for our new apartment! We're moving in the weekend of May 15th so mark your calendars! My plan is to rent a U-Haul truck and try to move as much as humanly possible that weekend. I'll be starting summer school the following Monday and will also be working so this is when we'll have to do the "big" move. I probably won't try to re-paint this old apartment the same weekend-we don't officially have to be out of here until the end of May so I have a little time. I'm not going to ask anyone to help us move that doesn't want to...but I will be providing lots of food and drinks for those that do :D

On for some bad news...our fish tank exceeds the maximum weight limit in our new apartment by 3 times. We're not supposed to have anything heavier than 40 lbs/square foot and out tank is over 100 lbs/square foot. So obviously it's way too heavy to even try to set it up and that means we have to sell our fish :( I've thought a lot about what I want to do. We put so much time and energy into getting this tank and keeping the fish I feel it would be a waste to just give it all away. So I think the plan is to sell the fish to a fish store, put the tank in storage, and use the stand as a dresser in the guest bedroom.

On to better news- I'm going to pass Biochemistry!!!!!! I've passed BOTH of my tests so far (by some miracle of God). HURRAY!!!!

Alright girlies- here's the tentative plan for Christina's bachlorette party: I think I'd like to do it sometime in June in my new apartment. Krishna said that a lot of Christina's friends live in Raleigh so it may be more convenient for them to find my place. I'd like for it to be a lingerie party so I'm planning on doing it later in the afternoon (maybe 5 or 7?) and I'll have lots of food and drinks. That's all I'm going to write on here so if you have any other questions email me about it. Also, let me know if there are any days in June that are better or worse for you. I'd like for everyone to be able to come. It's going to be an awesome time!
