(Not Really An) Update

Hey guys,

I was just watching old beach footage out of nostalgia, so I thought I would post.  Not a whole lot to report up here, unfortunately.

Weekdays is mostly just work and working out.  Work is work.  I'm not really in love with what I do, but the opportunities are good and the pay isn't bad these days.  My coworkers are pretty great, which is awesome.

I'm "bulking" these days, something with which NJ is intimately familiar.  No ice cream based shakes these days, but plenty of whole milk and heavy cream.  Up about 5 lbs over the last couple of weeks, and up almost 10 since spring.  I'll be competing in Mr. Olympia before you know it.

Weekends are generally lazy, with some blogging and working out.  I used to go out with my roommate Zach occasionally, but his boyfriend is in town now, so we don't get out as much.  Every few weekends I meet up with a work friend, Matt, and his friends to drink Scotch and watch UFC.

Stephanie's fall break is Thursday and Friday, so I'm taking those days off and flying down.  We'll be in Elkin Thursday and Friday, then Boone Friday night through Sunday.  Next trip after that will be early November to Raleigh!  Really looking forward to seeing everyone.

I took a picture of my desk, which is pretty much the same as the last time I posted it.  You can see my tiny pumpkin though.  You know how I love pumpkins.
