enjoying limbo...

hey guys,

Sorry I haven't posted in forever! So Krishna and I are not sure where we are gonna go to school yet, but we have narrowed it down some, we had a match at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and also at Eastern Virginia Medical School/Old Dominion University in Norfolk and we visited both and decided that we definitely prefer Norfolk. Also, we are still waiting on admissions decisions for University of Florida in Gainesville and good ol' UNC. So we could end up at any of those three places, which we are very pleased about- Norfolk- near Busch Gardens and VA beach and NJ in Richmond, UF near DISNEYWORLD, and UNC near our families and friends. So if we do go to Virginia, I would be starting at the end of June and if we go to UNC or UF we would start in August, so a lot of stuff is up in the air. Also our rent is up on May 20th so Krishna and I will move in with my family in Raleigh then to save up money for school, which should be very interesting (we cannot share a room, so I have to share with my sister, ugh).

Other than the school indecision, not too much has been going on. This week I am doing a Stepping Out walking challenge program with a team from work. The goal is 70,000 steps in 7 days and its only been 2 days and I'm already at 54,000 steps (I'm not going crazy, I just walk around the pool while I work so I am less bored). So I hope my team wins that. Last weekend Krishna and I went to Augusta which was fun, we did their pretty riverwalk and all the flowers were in bloom and there was basically nothing else to do there so we went to the mall which had a grand opening of a 2-story Forever 21 complete with DJ so that was fun, and then went to the movies. Next weekend Krishna has his second look for EVMS so he will go to Norfolk on Friday and Saturday which is exciting and I will be going to the Taylor Swift concert with my sister on Saturday and I am soooo excited (it's an 8th grade graduation gift for her).

As for Krishna, he has a job at The Customer Link in Cary where he calls doctors across the nation to invite them to continuing education dinners/conferences. So he makes calls all day and works 9-5:30 and since I work Tuesday and Thursday nights we don't get to see each other very much during the week which is a bummer. But his contract is up on June 2nd and we're not sure when/where we'll be going so we'll just have to see about everything!
